Baby Roque Lukas

Our little adventure with RL (Lukas, Roque, RL... ) started when Cindy was pregnant with him. Cindy looked beautiful pregnant, and I wanted to do a maternity shoot of her but didn't dare to ask. I don't like to be pushy or impose for people to use me, even if we are friends or related.

A month before her due date she mentioned to me if there was still time to do a

maternity shoot, and of course I said yes. I knew we were risking it

and the only time I had open was for two weeks before her due date. We set the date, started planning the details and locations. Turned out baby Lukas wanted to participate in this shoot outside the tummy, cause he came a day or two before our planned shoot. Although sad we didn't do our shoot, we were just excited for Baby Lukas to be born happy and healthy.

Now to make up for the maternity shoot that wasn't, here is a shoot of baby Lukas at 5 months.

He is so cute, and here you can see.

This little pose was all him! He quickly made that move and caught it on time.

I got a lot of these photos. He was fascinated by his hands.

This next set screams LOVE, and that special bond between a mother and her child. I specially love the right photo. The eye contact and little Roque touching his mothers face... priceless.

I took advantage of the beautiful fall leaves.

I just love these next photos and how the colors pop, and at the same time little Lukas was having a blast with the leaves.

It got cold and it looked like it was about to rain. Since we didn't want to get caught in the rain we decided to take the photos inside and take some nude photos of him. Problem was that he didn't want to sleep. He fought it all the way through. This photo is the only nude sleeping photo I was able to catch, cause seconds later he was all smiles again.

This cute sad puppy face came about from the word "no".

How can you not melt with this little look?! So adorable.
